Tire Dash privacy notice
Draft for owner and legal review. Updated October 26, 2026. This notice describes the current Tire Dash Mobile Tire Shop website and customer contact options for Greater St. Louis, Missouri. It is not a certification of privacy compliance. Vendor practices, business record handling and retention periods require confirmation before this draft is adopted as a final policy.
For questions about this notice, contact info@tiredashmobiletireshop.com or call 314-301-8777. Explain your request without including passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or unnecessary medical information. Tire Dash may need enough information to identify the relevant communication before responding; a public website notice does not establish a guaranteed response deadline.
Information entered and website activity
The website records page visits and taps on call, email and Square booking links. These events include the page path, referring website hostname when available, mobile/tablet/desktop category and a random visitor identifier saved in browser local storage. This identifier can connect visits from that browser. A call-button tap does not show whether a call connected or what was said.
Service and location drafts can contain your name, callback number, vehicle details, requested work, timing, notes, address and optional tire size. With your permission, browser location can supply coordinates and accuracy. The job application also asks about experience, tools, driving qualifications, availability and a felony-conviction response with optional explanation. Do not include an SSN in any of these communications.
Location drafts, booking and outside providers
The location popup prepares a message on your device rather than submitting the entered location or contact details to the website's database. You review the draft, open your messaging app and choose whether to send it to Tire Dash. Once sent, the message and any map links are handled by the recipient, messaging provider and carrier. Website activity analytics are a separate process.
Book Now opens Square's booking service, where information you enter is subject to that provider's practices. Applications open an email draft addressed to tiredashstl@gmail.com; sending requires your email app. Google Maps embeds, Google or Apple map links, hosted photos/video and website hosting involve outside providers that may receive connection information when used. Their notices govern their own services.
Use, retention and requests
Tire Dash does not sell your personal information, including mobile numbers, service-message contents, location details or text-messaging consent information. Customer communications support service and appointments; applications support hiring inquiries. Website events support traffic reports. Record access and retention periods for messages, applications, hosting logs and backups need confirmation. No fixed deletion schedule or encryption guarantee is asserted here; outside providers govern their own services.
You can decline GPS and type an address or nearest exit instead. Clearing site storage removes this browser's saved visitor identifier, but does not delete events already recorded; later visits may create a new identifier. Contact Tire Dash about access, correction or deletion requests. Applicable law and necessary records can affect the response. This notice does not waive any privacy rights provided by law.
Privacy Policy: local questions
Who handles a St. Louis customer's privacy question?
Contact Tire Dash at info@tiredashmobiletireshop.com or 314-301-8777. Identify the type of request and approximate date without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive details. The business must confirm its actual record-handling process before this draft becomes a final policy.
Must I share GPS for service in St. Louis County?
No. GPS permission is optional. You can provide an address, cross street or nearest known exit instead. Give the actual stopped position from a safe place; a county name alone does not establish where the vehicle is located.
Does Send Location immediately transmit my coordinates?
The popup prepares a customer-reviewed text draft. Opening the draft does not itself send the message. You decide whether to send from your messaging app, after checking the location and details; messaging-provider handling begins outside the website's form.
What does the website record about visits from St. Charles?
Website events include page paths, event type, referring hostname when available, device category and a random browser identifier. The location form is separate from those events. This draft does not establish which connection logs the hosting providers retain.
Why is a random visitor identifier saved in my browser?
It helps associate website activity from the same browser for traffic reporting. It is not a name or a service request. Clearing site storage removes the local identifier, not previously stored events, and a subsequent visit can create another identifier.
Who receives information I enter after selecting Book Now?
Book Now opens Square rather than an on-site booking submission. Review Square's privacy information before entering appointment or payment details there. A booking-link tap can be recorded separately by Tire Dash without revealing the contents of that booking.
How is a Missouri job application delivered?
The application prepares an email to tiredashstl@gmail.com. You must send it through your email app. It includes the application answers you entered, so review them and remove unnecessary sensitive information before sending. Do not provide a Social Security number.
Can map services receive information when I use a location link?
Opening a Google or Apple Maps link passes the location included in that link to the chosen service. An embedded Google map also connects to Google. Check the provider's own notice; Tire Dash does not control that provider's separate processing.
Is there a confirmed deletion period for customer records?
No specific period has been confirmed for this draft. Website analytics, service messages, applications and vendor logs may have different handling. Ask Tire Dash about the relevant record type rather than assuming clearing your browser deletes business records or provider backups.
Can I ask to correct or remove my service information?
Yes, contact Tire Dash with enough information to identify the record. The available response depends on actual records, applicable legal duties and any required retention. This draft does not promise unconditional deletion or limit rights available under applicable privacy law.
